Rendering with Deadline, 3ds max 2022.2 is not able to load the Plugins

Hi!
We have a studio in the cloud and we are facing a problem with rendering in deadline with 3ds max 2022.2.

"3ds max 2022 could not able to load all the plugins (iToo Forest, Railclone, Anima, City Traffic, Multitexture, Floor generator, tyflow ) only primary render engine is able to load (V-Ray)

We need to upgrade to the new 3ds max version asap ad that requires deadline support.
I am attaching the log file here.

Same, regretting on moving from 2017 and DL7. Full time troubleshooting on multiple issues.
