What are the Rocky versions in use?
Currently we are using rocky linux 9 system for arnold rendering purpose.
ok, Rocky 9.3 from the logs, there was an issue with gcc in 9.4, I’ve seen this cause issue in 9.3 installs also

There was a fix in MtoA 5.4.2.1 (looks you’re on 5.4.1)
ARNOLD-15041 - Arnold does not run on Linux distros with glibc 2.39 (RHEL / Rocky 9.4)

You’ve got a whole heap of custom stuff going on there so assume you’ve got a bunch of engineers able to look at this? I’d start by running a basic test outside of Deadline and seeing if this is the issue. Could also be the python stuff you’re setting. You can rule out Deadline, Maya and Arnold by testing them outside of your pipeline.
