Request: Task render status in Tasks pane

Right now, I can set a task’s status message from my custom plugin, but this status message is only visible as one in the extremely long list of Slave pane columns. I was expecting this status to be visible in the Tasks pane, but there currently isn’t a column for it. It would be cool to have that available.
