Request: Unified command/hotkey to re-queue tasks

I (and many other people here) would like to request a unified action and hotkey for re-queueing failed, running, and even completed tasks. Conceptually, there is no difference between these actions, and having different menu commands makes it a pain to re-queue tasks that are in a mixture of states.

Along with this, it would be cool if jobs had actions based on their tasks’ states:

Re-queue failed tasks
Re-queue running tasks
Re-queue completed tasks
Re-queue all tasks

It’s something we can consider in the future. We currently have some additional options when requeuing tasks (blacklist the slave that rendered it) and resuming failed tasks (ignoring job failure detection), so we have to make sure we handle that properly. I’ll log it as something to consider for version 8, since we probably don’t want to be messing with this functionality in a minor 7.x release.
