Is there a way to reset this value without restarting the slave? (kinda like, erase all errors for a job)

Nope, you have to restart the slave. This is by design because that error count is the running tally from the slave’s current session. It doesn’t correlate to the number of slave reports in the Slave Report panel, which is a capped collection to avoid having the database fill up with slave reports over time.
