I am having bit of an issue saving stoke particles to PRT. It seems to be saving every other frame rather than the whole sequence. I dont see a save every Nth particle option?

Seems that the scene was corrupt or something just re imported all the items into a fresh scene and it seems to be good. BTW If I use the Stoke Beta on a personal public project thats is allowed right?
Yes, it is ok to use Stoke Beta for any type of project.
When you are using Disk Cache (as opposed to running the Partitioning tool), Stoke will respect the “Cache Nth” cache option.
In case Cache Nth is set to 2, you would see a green line followed by a red line and then green again in the memory usage graph, and you would get every second PRT saved to disk.
The Partitioning tool should not respect that option at all since it runs its own loop/callback which does not implement every Nth saving.
