Scaling PRT Loader scales normals?

If I scale a PRT Loader by say… .20,.20,-.10, the normals get messed up (assuming Use Node Transform is on). I suppose they are scaling too?

You can see the effect by just showing the normals in the view, but it’s really dramatic when you render. The speculars get totally blown out.
