Thinkbox’s Usage Based Licensing (UBL) is currently impacted due to performance degredation since July 18 with our UBL service provider. The issue was caused by a hardware failure on one of its database servers. The vendor did a hardware replacement on July 18, 2023 during the maintenence outage (as posted on the status dashboard). It is estimated that this will take a week to get the infrastructure optimized for normal processing.
Due to maintenance scheduled by a service provider, FlexNet Operations LLM in Production in the datacenter will require an outage of no more than 15 minutes starting at the following time:
- PDT: 2023-07-20, 08:30 PM - 08:45 PM
- UTC: 2023-07-21, 03:30 AM - 03:45 AM
- IST: 2023-07-21, 09:00 AM - 09:15 AM
