Shotgun bootstraping error " configuration was not written properly on disk"

Hi guys;

I’m trying to bootstrap houdini engine in Deadline.

I’m getting this error:
2024-05-09 11:42:41: 0: PYTHON: [WARNING sgtk.core.bootstrap.configuration_writer] It seems the configuration was not written properly on disk.

Anyone knows what’s the exact meaning of this error?

Haven’t seen this before. We do use a Nuke engine on Deadline, but not Houdini.
First thing that comes to mind is a permissions issue.

Fixed by appending “SHOTGUN_SGTK_MODULE_PATH” env to sys.path.
