just wanted to mention that both in prt loader and in frost, once u pick your particles, you cannot see their entire length anymore, even when you hover over,
there are occasions when this is useful, maybe a hover over text of the complete particle file name should be included in future versions
Yes, I agree there should be some way to see the whole file name.
Right now I think the closest thing in Krakatoa is to click the “>>” button above the file list, and choose “Open File Sequence Editor…”, but the file name is broken up into parts. Is this close enough to what you want, or would you prefer a tooltip?
In earlier days, PRT Mesher (pre-Frost) supported the same File Sequence Manager that the PRT Loader uses. That got lost when we switched the UI to C++.
I think a Tooltip would be enough for 1.1, and I could look into supporting Frost with the Krakatoa 2.0 File Sequence Manager in the long run…
