I’m now using stoke to create seeds for a dissolve effect that I’m doing with Krakatoa/Frost, and I don’t use velocity, just age and texmapcoord from the emitter, so it’s weird that Stoke won’t simulate without a vel field

I’m now using stoke to create seeds for a dissolve effect that I’m doing with Krakatoa/Frost, and I don’t use velocity, just age and texmapcoord from the emitter, so it’s weird that Stoke won’t simulate without a vel field
The way the system works internally, it really requires at least one velocity source with a valid Velocity channel.
You can always work around this by picking a Wind SpaceWarp and setting the Velocity Scale to 0.0, but there must be at least one source for the simulator to be initialized.
