Try increasing the connection timeout setting in the XSIBatch plugin configuration. This can be accessed in the Monitor while in super user mode by selecting Tools -> Configure Plugins, and then by selecting the XSIBatch plugin from the list on the left. Maybe set it to 5 minutes (300 seconds) for now.

In the next release, we’re going to increase the default timeout, as well as improve this error message so it’s clear what the problem is.
