Slave crash

This happened on one task one slave (all frames worked just fine, and this slave also rendered other tasks without problems):

2013-07-11 17:57:19: Deadline Slave will now exit.

It looks like the UI caused the crash here (if it was the Deadline plugin, it would have been captured like a regular render error).

Which beta version are you running? Just curious if you’re running the one where the Slave UI still has the log box in it, or if it’s a newer one where you have to press the button at the bottom of the Slave UI to bring up the log window.

Cheers,

  • Ryan

No its one of the newer ones, 51192

Ill be updating today to the release version (if all goes well)

Cool. If you do see the slave crash with the release version, let us know!
