slave stalled and can't make pulse offline (crash)

Hi , one of the slave got stalled. in the slave list ussually there’re 2 slaves listed (i’m using 2 slaves). Now the second slave (named : clomax) labeled in red, status : ‘STALLED’ and i got new slave created automatically (so now having 3 slave in the list) from nowhere , its got the same name with the stalled slave and it has status : ‘NEW’ . When check the pulse tab, i can see one item in the list in red (stalled), everytime i right click this item, the deadline monitor is quit (crash). So i can’t get the right click menu. I try to reinstall the repo replaced the old repo (i backup old repos first), the first time i open deadline monitor, i can’t start it and it showed error something like … there’s stalled slave in the network …blabla… i don’t remember. After that i can’t start the deadline monitor at all. Double clikcing and nothing happened. So i remove the new repos , and copy the old repos back, now i can start deadline monitor like before, but of course the stalled slave is still there. Can you help me ? i can’t really delete/offline the stalled pulse, right click menu will always crash and quit the app. How can i fix the stalled then?

Thanx

btw here’s the err report :

That’s strange that you have 2 slaves with the same name, but the fact that you do probably explains the crash. You can manually remove slaves by deleting them directly from the repository. Go to \your\repository\slaves and simply delete the folder(s) for the slave(s) that you want to remove.

If you still have crash problems after removing the slave(s), let us know and we’ll continue investigating.

Cheers,
