I can’t seem to reproduce this. Is it just this one machine? Have you tried re-installing the client or rebooting the machine?

Re-installed and rebooted. I found the Lightning.dlx in the temp folder. But I can’t delete it either. It looks like Deadline made it a junction point or something.

It did not work. What did work was Unlocker and set it to delete during the boot cycle and that unplugged the slave startup.
