Slow Render through Deadline (Redshift, Maya 2022)

Hi All,
I am running maya 2022, with Redshift and my renders take around 4x longer when rendering through Deadline.

I have read throught the other threads on slow renders and have played with all the settings, including “use maya batch” I have however noticed tho that on task manager mayabatch restarts whenever there is a new frame being rendered.

Any advise will be appreciated. This is an issue experienced by a mate of mine at a small studio too.

PC specs:
Ryzen 9 5950x
128 GB Ram
2x RTX 3080Ti’s

Rendernode specs:
Ryzen 9 5900x
64GB Ram
RTX 3080Ti + GTX 1660 Super

Gonna need to read the logs to troubleshoot. The texture conversion could get stuck in loops. 2 nodes may be stuck trying to overwrite the same texture file. etc. Just something we’ve experienced before quite a few years ago.
