Hi folks, just setting up Deadline and instead of downloading Mongo via the Deadline installer, I have opted for Manual installation and configuration of Mongo by following the guide. My RCS runs properly and is able to connect to the DB, however when i try to submit a job from the deadline monitor, I get the attached error. The DB service is up and running as i am able to connect to the DB via Mongodb compass. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out, Can I know what version of Mongo DB you Installed ? Refer doc related to maximum version compatibility with Deadline .
Also, can you try submitting Job using deadlinecommand, you can submit a simple command line Job by following the steps below:
- Download the attached files and run the below command with replacing to the correct path for jobinfo and plugininfo job files. , and in Jobinfo.job file please change the value associated with the flag
usernameand run the below command to submit the Job, Update with your findings!

After running the command line test, please share the MongoDB logs available at this location that way we can see the failures on DB side!
Sorry, I logged in on here after quite a while. I gave up trying to manually install MongoDB and configure it with Deadline and instead let Deadline install MongoDB as part of its installation.
