submitting 3ds max jobs with Video post

Hello all,

I appologies to you all if this is a noob type question,I am new to Deadline and Im submitting jobs from 3ds Max 2010. I have installed the plugin so I can submit jobs from within 3ds max but I can’t find the option to add Video post.

I have read the manual several times and it shows a screen shot clearly showing ‘Use Vdeo Post’ but the window I have does not have this option.

I would really appreciate a little help.

Hey Nick,

Did you install the script from the 3dsCmd folder or the 3dsmax folder (in the clientSetup folder in the Repository)? The video option is only available in the former. Perhaps you could post a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end?
