Hello, we are having this error after submitting a job to our render farm, we cant find the error, locally it works, we are working with max 2024 to deadline 10.3.2.1

Can you submit a very simple scene (sphere, texture, light, camera) with Corona 12 to a simple image?
Then try adding the tiling / region render to rule out this being the issue?
Yes, we have sent a lot of scenes but recently we had this issue with 2 different scenes. Meanwhile we are sending other jobs and they finished without any issues
so you just need to narrow it down to what’s causing those scenes to fail, whether it’s a render setting or one of the other plugins like Anima that’s causing the issue
