Suddenly , all Workers Could not connect to any of the specified Mongo DB servers

Hello

everything was working just fine .But , today i noticed that all workers could not connect to repository .

what I’m getting is :

"The Monitor was unable to connect to the specified Repository (Z:/DeadlineRepository10).

Could not connect to any of the specified Mongo DB servers defined in the “Hostname” parameter of the “settings\connection.ini” file in the root of the Repository.

The following errors were encountered:

  • 192.168.1.220: Unable to authenticate username ‘OU=Deadline10Client,O=Deadline10Installer,CN=Deadline10Client’ using protocol ‘MONGODB-X509’.

  • Storage-Server: Unable to authenticate username ‘OU=Deadline10Client,O=Deadline10Installer,CN=Deadline10Client’ using protocol ‘MONGODB-X509’."

all workers can ping the server , also all certificates are in placed .

is there anything i can check to fix this issue?

if we are talking about windows, check the mongo services, and make sure that mongo is running…
