support for Realflow RPC format

Are there any plans for supporting Realflow’s RPC particle format in the near future?

With RF2013, Realflow exports particle data for FLIP domains as field as well as particles.The standard particle format used for it is something called RPC which is optimized for large amounts of data as the old BIN format tends to use too much space.

We plan on implementing support for the latest Realflow file format in one of the upcoming releases. We still do support the preivous BIN format, and Realflow can output PRT files also, but I do want to support the new format directly. Thanks for the request. I will download the format spec and take a look.
