When I stopped a slave, the task it was currently on became suspended. I couldn’t find a way to re-queue this task for the other machines until the job had completed (except for the suspended task) and right-click->Resume Job. While the job had other tasks waiting, the Resume Job dialog was disabled.
Did I miss the proper way to resume these tasks? It seems unnecessary to have to wait for the rest of the job to complete before I can resume.
Hmm, I’m not able to reproduce this. The only case where a requeued task would be placed in the Suspended state is if the job it belongs to is in the Suspended state, which obviously isn’t the case here.
Are you able to reproduce this reliably on your farm? If so, which version of Deadline 6 are you running?
