Changing themes leaves the listbox elements of the UI with the start-up theme in place. Restarting is necessary to get the whole UI drawn with the newly chosen theme. See attached.
Yup, this is a known issue, and something else we will try to eliminate in version 6.

I wondered if you could simply force a refresh by scripting that repository reconnect, etc. behind the scenes. Alternatively, perhaps you simply need to restart the application (with a request to the user) to workaround it for now.
The UI will basically be getting a rewrite in version 6, so hacks like this shouldn’t even be necessary.
