Task Timeout on Services

Hi, I’m running into a reoccuring situation where my servers will render a job complete and move on to the next. When this happens several servers error with a Timeout:

The only commonality I can find is the timing out servers have Deadline installed as a service. Is this a known issue or anything I can do?

Deadline version is 7.2.1.10 R

Can you try enabling the “Kill ADSK Comms Center Process” option in the 3dsmax repo options:

Also, do you have State Sets in this scene file? If not, can you enable the “Delete Empty State Sets In The Submitted File” checkbox as well?

I don’t think this is strictly necessary here, but thought you might like to know a few other 3dsMax/SMTD issues are resolved in this later release.
