Tasks stuck on 100% (Rendering) and need to be manually completed

Machines on our farm randomly have this issue where on a frame task, progress is stuck at 100% with a complete rendered output, but is not able to complete and start rendering a new frame.

This has been happening on more than just 1 job. The jobs are rendered with Cinema4D.

The image above shows the logs of a machine with this issue ^

This image shows the logs of a successful finish, where the worker can then begin rendering a new task/frame.

It looks the the “problematic” log is missing these 4 lines…

I am convinced this might not actually be a Deadline issue but I am not sure exactly what could be causing this issue.

We are using Deadline Monitor 10.1 (specifics below)
Deadline Client Version: 10.1.23.6 Release (773a6289d)
FranticX Client Version: 2.4.0.0 Release (14916bbc6)
Repository Version: 10.1.23.6 (773a6289d)
Integration Version: 10.1.23.6 (773a6289d)
3PL Settings Version: 22/07/2022

We are running Windows 10 (Version 22H2.)

For reference, I looked through this issue which seems to accurately describe my issue, but unfortunately it doesn’t lead to it getting solved…

I was 11 years old when this person had the same issue I’m having… now I’m 21 and going through the same thing. Weird feeling that

We get this too sometimes. It’s rare and its the odd task but it does happen
