It looks like the Asset Server service is having issue with starting and caused the validation error. Check the Asset Server logs for the error caused this issue, feel free to share the logs here or on a support ticket.

The panel below should fill with details on the error and what’s causing it, and with that information we can look up what’s going on.
If this is a new setup I’d assume you’re hitting some limit on your account. It’ll be clear what’s going on with the error message. If that’s the case, this page explains how to increase the limit for your account.
