tile assambly and fusion

hi,
since the last update we have to problems:

  1. tile assembly crash with error about not being able read the tile file
    2)fusion fail to render in the render farm

reverting to beta 8 solved the fusion problem but not the tile assembly problem

Can you post render logs for both problems? That will help put these problems in better context. Also, which application are you submitting the tile rendering from (max, maya, etc)?

We didn’t make any direct changes to the Fusion or Tile rendering between beta 8 and beta 9, so I’m not sure what would cause this. Hopefully the log files will help.

we have also had an issue rendering with fusion. error report suggests that deadline is unable to launch fusion slave 6.4. launching it manually on the node works fine and the job is rendered through deadline without error.

Can you please post the full render log from Deadline? We’ll take a look and see if we can figure out what’s going on.

I was able to reproduce the problem with Fusion renders here. To fix, simply unzip the attached file to \your\repository\plugins\Fusion
