We are facing this issue on our render farm with V-Ray GPU 5.00.04 and Deadline 10.1 where all tiles end up rendering the first one. The logs clearly say each worker is rendering a different region but the result is this shown below. The same job submitted to V-Ray Cpu renders as expected.
@marblecom Thanks for raising this, looked in to error report you have shared and I can see the plugin info file was passed different tile pointers for top, bottom, right and left to produce correct tiles for a frame. This also confirms that why the Tile rendering works for Vray CPU with the correct tiles passed.
Could you be able to submit a non-batch job for 3ds Max Vray GPU, you can submit a 3dsCommand job from the Deadline Monitor and check if you get the same behavior there. It would also give more logging and the render arguments we are passing to 3dsMax and Vray for rendering. 3ds Command — Deadline 10.2.1.1 documentation
