does anybody know a way to track down which worker rendered which tile for debugging purposses?
In best case something like the VrayDRBucket pass, which writes the workername directly in the rendered tile before assembly.

Nothing built into Deadline can help, something provided by the DCC (like the VrayDRBucket pass you mentioned) is likely the right path forward if possible.
If you know which task the tile was rendered from that task will have a Worker associated with it, but tiles aren’t as tidily organized as regular frames are so that’s easier said than done.
In terms of building something custom to aid in troubleshooting, I suppose that’d be fairly reliant on which DCC you’re running. What are you running?

Thats exaclty the point, it´s tedious to manually figure out which worker rendered which tile for debugging, especially if its hundreds of tiles. DCC we´re using right now are 3dsMax 2022 and Vray5.
