tile rendering

hi there i was experimenting tile rendering…

i use to render in sgi.

is it possible that the only way to use the tile method is to render with rgb extension?



let say i render with sgi extension and the script do not put together the tiles…i do not wanna render again the sequence…i’d like to rename the seq from sgi to rgb and run the script that unify the tiles…

is this possible?

Hi Mat,



The tile assembler application can be found in the c:\deadline\bin

folder. Just run this from the command line to get the usage instructions:


TileAssembler.exe -h



This also lists the formats that are currently supported.

thank you very much…

i can say that it is working with rgb files too…but you must name them rgb couse if are sgi is not working…

i say this couse in the tileassembler -h command it is not specified!
