I am having a hard time figuring out passing the correct matrices to Krakatoa SR (C++).
Never mind. After some rearranging and some rotation reordering I seem to have it figured now. God, that was a fight

I plan on updating the documentation to be a little more clear on how to specify matrices. Is there anything I can add to the documentation that could help for future developers?
