We have upgraded our license to include the latest release but are having issues getting it to run. We have received the newly created license from Prime Focus and have added it to the FlexLM installer but we still get the demo version water over everything. I tried removing the old service and adding a new one titled “Krakatoa” and pointed it to the necessary paths but I still seem to be getting said error. ANy ideas why this might be happening?

Did you check the new license editor in the Preferences rollout of Krakatoa 1.5.1?
It should show you the Registry data that Krakatoa would use, take a look to see if it points at the right place…
(If that does not help, wait for Darcy’s answer sometime tomorrow)
After getting a few hours of sleep and trying it again I have been able to get it working. 
Once I tried the IP of the server instead of the server name it worked without issue.
