I try to input License server URL and activation code and uncheck “use Dynamic Licensing mode” in configure repository options.
I click the OK button.
But when I open configure repository options window, License server URL and activation code is empty and check “use Dynamic Licensing mode”.
Why? What should I do?
The URL and activation code being blank is expected (it’s called out in the paragraph at the top of the UI), but the dynamic licensing mode setting not being preserved seems like an issue.
Could you check in your deadlinemonitor log to see if there are errors being thrown?
The logs will be on the machine in one of these locations:
Windows: C:\ProgramData\Thinkbox\Deadline10\logs
Linux: /var/log/Thinkbox/Deadline10
Mac OS X: /Library/Logs/Thinkbox/Deadline10
