If a PRT Loader has Use Node Transform unchecked, the ToWorld doesn’t work correctly. It’s an easy workaround (since you just don’t USE ToWorld) but it would be nice if it was consistent.
Sorry about that. It was supposed to sort that all out but that must have gotten lost somewhere along the way.
