UTF-8 Encoding for Job dependencies

Hello (again :wink: ),
I’ve stumbled across an issue where I have some file dependencies on a job using the “RequiredAssets” tag in the job info file.

If there are only non-UTF-8 characters in the filenames the dependency clears fine but as soon as there are non ASCII characters in filenames. The dependency does not clear.

Here in Germany we sometimes need to use Ü or Ö or Ä for city names for example.
I’ve recently got a file with an ᵺ <- Whatever that is…

Is there any way to check exactly which asset is causing a dependency not to clear?

UTF-8 works fine in file dependencies… Don’t listen to my jibber jabber.
