It has two entries, separated with a slash. The one on the right (i presume) is the total. The one on the left keeps changing though.
What is that showing? Selection? Displayed slaves in current panel?
With the slave list showing a static filter (all non disabled machines), this left side fluctuates between couple hundred ghz, to couple thz every other minute
The left is the utilization for the slaves that are currently being shown in the list (it’s the total minus the slaves that are filtered out).

Ryan
What would explain the wild fluctuation in total hz? It almost feels like it only considers a subset of the slaves being displayed, and that subset keeps changing
Hmm, strange. We’ve logged this as a bug and will try to reproduce.

Ryan
Hey Laszlo,
I think we’re just going to remove the filtered utilization display. We think that the sketchiness of it was due to not taking into account slaves that were currently in the Starting Job state, but we also found that the calculation of the filtered utilization had an impact on performance when there are lots of slaves (1000+).
There were some other display issues when the slave was in the starting job state (ie: the slave’s running time was blank in the slave list), so those will be fixed as well.
Cheers,
Ryan
