Windows / Deadline 10.2
In the Deadline Monitor, when I go to Tools → Manage Users, the list of users that show up is dramatically shorter than the list of users we actually have.
For instance, if I click the “Person” / silhouette icon in the top left, and select “Log in as Existing User” I get a massively long dropdown that is much more accurate.
I’m specifically looking to manage users so that I can set up email addresses for email notifications… but I can’t do it because they’re simply not in this shorter user list.
Since a coworker was not in this shorter list, I asked him to create a new account (using a name that is in the longer list) and it gave him an error because that name is already already exists (on the long list). If he creates a new name that isn’t on either list, it works fine & I can get the notifications to work.
Any ideas?
