If I use the cycle geometry on the attached geo I’m seeing extremely slow rendering (1hr rendering for 1080p). I didn’t see this kind of slowness in the Vray Instancer. If I switch to plane primitive and use a PRT duplicator it renders in about 3 minutes. Not sure if this is a Vray issue or a Frost issue since so much has changed in the world in both Vray and Frost since I last used the Vray Instancer last year.

Thank you for your report! I’ve heard that Frost’s instancing can be slower than the V-Ray Instancer, but not to that extent. I’ll look into this.
