Is there a way to render After Effects project with Element 3D plugin? Because it needs full GUI afx to initialize.

As Deadline runs jobs using the command line, there is no way to have it use a GUI to render the jobs, so it sounds like this plugin may not work with Deadline. Perhaps the developers of the plugin have some advice on how to make it work in a network render situation?
You can make it work on renderfarm using standard After Effects function Watch folder. But this way is not easy to use 
Unfortunately we have never been able to get that watch folder functionality working with Deadline.
