Weird edges with PRT Volume from plane

Hi
This might be expected behavior, but i thought i’d report it anyway. When using PRT Volume on a plane with a deformer in c4d, i get some funny stuff happening along the edges. It looks like Krakatoa tries to draw the walls of the bounding box of the deformed plane. I realize that PRT Volume might not be able to understand an object with zero volume as is the case with a plane. Please see attached c4d file for settings.

Yes, this is known, but nice find anyways;)

Strangely enough, this hasn’t been a huge problem in KMX, but nevertheless we added a PRT Surface object that is meant to simply distribute particles on the surface instead of using a PRT Volume which can get confused if the mesh does not really have a volume.

Since Krakatoa SR 2.3 also supports PRT Surface internally (we just added it to KMY too), I just hope we will be able to simply add that to KC4D before release…

That would be wonderfull.
