another nice feature would be to have some kind of indicator for the wind direction, an arrow above the Bermuda node icon for example that you can toggle ON or OFF if needed.
Yeah, you are right. The wind direction as “degrees” is a little hard to visualize. Having something visual would be nice. I don’t think I’ll get it done for the next beta release, but I’ve added it to our wish list. It can be rather difficult in 3ds Max to do things like that from a programming perspective. Perhaps even just an arrow on top of the node-icon that shows a direction might be easy to do and helpful. Thank you for pointing that out.
