Will our Deadline 4.1 plugins still work with Deadline 5

Hi Guys,

Apologies if this is a double post, but I can’t see this in the FAQ or after searching the forums.

We have written our own custom plugins that we use in Deadline 4.1. The studio is looking at upgrading to Deadline 5, will our plugins still work with the new version of Deadline?

Hi Tyson,

Yes, all 4.x plugins and scripts are compatible with Deadline 5. In fact, we didn’t have to change anything in our out-of-the-box plugins/scripts when we bumped up the version number. :slight_smile:
