Wish: Density spinner in PRT Volume

I’d like a spinner in the PRT Volume that sets the target density per world unit.

So lets say I set it for 0.1 “densities” per cubic world unit…, if I reduce the spacing by half, the density channel scalar assigned per point would be increased by a factor of 8 so that the total density per ws unit would be maintained. Same thing if you change the number of points in the cube. If you go from 48 to 50 points per cube, you shouldn’t have to compensate in a KCM by multiplying the density scalar by .96.

It should do that for sure, but exposing it as a spinner seems like unnecessary work. If you want anything other than target density 1.0 then a KCM can be used (and dead simply at that since it would just be a multiply).

True enough. So if you always output 1 “density” per cubic ws unit, yeah, a KCM to gain it up or down would be fine.
