So for a month now all the workers launching when there is a job on the farm, eventhough they shouldnát only if they are idle. But the users are using them, so they are deffinetly not idle. I even deleted all the rules in worker schedueling and thez are still launching. The only solution is to stop the Pulse service on the server.
is this because you have them set in the power options?
My issue is not with the powering on the system. My issue is, that if somebody working on a machine the workers starts, even if tiás not supposed to.

The workers are always running?
If you have idle detection running on windows machines, the workers should only start after they’ve been left idle for a certain time.
If you’ve set them to stop when they’re no longer idle then they should be stopped
