In the last week we have run into a problem where our deadline jobs run into this error:
WriteConcern detected an error ‘key/value already in index’. (Response was { “ok” : 1, “code” : 84, “err” : “key/value already in index”, “n” : NumberLong(0), “updatedExisting” : false }).
At first, I thought it had something to do with the jobs trying to override old sequences or something but this does not seem to be the case and looking a little more at the actual logs its a MongoWriteConcernException which I assume means its more of a server/deadline side problem rather than being a problem from the submitter side (nuke, maya, max).
All I was able to find on here about it was some four/five year old posts about a variation of this that was supposedly patched way back when. Does anyone have an idea what might be the cause/solution to this problem?
We are currently using version 10.0.20.2
