Xeon Threadcount in Monitor

Hi to all, got a quirky issue to report.

We have a bunch of dual-cpu motherboards render nodes equipped with the E5-2696v4 QS 22cores. For some reason the thread count in the nodes section of the monitor shows only 44 cores instead of 88 which would be the expected one. All our other dual-cpu motherboards machines are having proper counts.

All slave properties are on default settings and no cpu affinity tweaked.

I am also curious if this affects the overall Thz measurement.

Would love any insight on that matter

Thank you!

Is it possible that Hyperthreading is turned off in that machine’s BIOS?

If you’re on Linux - how many ‘processor’ entries are reported in /proc/cpuinfo ?
