I have noticed that when I Xmesh Thinking Particles it doesn’t retain it velocities. Later making it hard to sim fumeFX off of it. If we bake the TP to Geo it works greats.

Velocities are retained as long as the Velocity channel is included when saving. But these are vertex velocities (deformations) with static transforms (the XMesh Loader does not move). When you bake TP to objects, you get object-level transformations.
Back in the day when I was in production, I remember FumeFX 2.1 crashing when trying to use XMesh in a simulation.
Sounds like it does not crash anymore, but the deformations don’t affect it either.
I will have to take a closer look.
