Permissions Error With Fresh Install

On a new Windows 10 PC, we installed Deadline 10.1.19.4. Out of the gate, this machine gets permissions errors. For example:

PermissionError : [Errno 13] Permission denied: ‘C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Thinkbox\Deadline10\pythonAPIs\SMzpAUoJQyLqYOKF7n6GUA==\six.py’

We’ve tried reinstalling from scratch, including a fresh install of Windows. Deadline is up and running on other machines (same version), so no idea why it’s not functioning on this one.

Any advice would be appreciated, as we are on a project with a tight deadline and need the render power ASAP. Thanks!

This thread had something similar. He had to delete the Thinkbox directories in AppData… read the last post:

Jarak, thanks for the link! That did the trick. It was especially helpful to jump to the last post so I didn’t have to re-install Deadline.
