Tile Region rendering issue

Hello,
Deadline version is 10.0.20.2,
I wanna rendering one frame by using tiles & Region rendering,
So set the option as “SINGLE FRAME TILE Rendering”, and split 4 * 4 tiles.
But the rendering result is, all slave render the first tiles in the left-top, others not be rendered.
so the assembled output image is wrong, it have 4 * 4 first tiles blocks.
How to fix this issue ? its my config issue or a bug ?

You didn’t mention which software you’re using, there are some mentions of tile issues in the release notes for 10.0

https://docs.thinkboxsoftware.com/products/deadline/10.0/1_User%20Manual/manual/release-notes.html

V-Ray Standalone

  • When tile rendering with V-Ray Standalone, the rendered tiles are now assembled correctly.

  • Fixed a bug where tile rendering single frame (non-animation) jobs would append frame padding to the tile render outputs, preventing them being assembled. I.e. Tile rendering for V-Ray standalone for single frame (non-animation) jobs will no longer fail.

Draft

  • A local temporary directory is now used by the DraftTileAssembler to assemble an image, and then the image is copied to the final location after assembly is complete.

thanks for the reply.
i use 3ds max 2018 with vray5.05.
seems It is not assemble issue, i found all the 16 output images are rendered with first tile.

BRs

I feel like I’ve encountered this issue also, but this was with 10.1 and a fix was released

  • Fixed an issue with Single Frame Tile jobs rendering incorrect frames for each tile.

https://docs.thinkboxsoftware.com/products/deadline/10.1/1_User%20Manual/manual/release-notes.html

You may want to submit a ticket to Thinkbox and see if they’ll add that fix for 10.0

thanks!
i re-install deadline latest version Deadline-10.1.18.5-windows.
it render multi-frames is ok, but have a error when using tiles rendering:

The last post in this thread mentions pixel aspect ratio

It might be that your pixel aspect ratio is set to something stupidly tiny like 0.0001

Did you reboot the machine after updating? Also did you update the submission plugin for 3dsMax?

thanks for the reply, i reboot the mechine and install the new submission plugin, still the same issue.
I also check the pixel aspect setting, it is 1.0。
i swith tile options to disable then enable tile rendering, still cannot work.
so any idea to fix this issue ? more logs attached
