But my aws portal service shifts between Online to Offline.
Whenever i start new infrastructure always pops up Portal Link service offline message window .
Any thoughts … ?

Its installed version 1.0.20.1
Service installed and running using administrator account.

The next step here is to make sure the AWS Portal components are running correctly. What operating system did you run the AWSPortalLink installer?
The services are written in Python, and so you should see dpython
running on the machine, and Windows will have the AWS Portal services running:
If they’re not, you can find the logs for both with this page in the docs.

Yes i can see all services are running with Domain administrator account.
I am on windows 2008 R2.
Yes i can see the task manger running dpython.
Is that screenshot from the machine that has AWS Portal installed? I notice you are connected to D:\. Is that a mapped drive? If so, switch the Deadline Launcher to use a UNC path \\server\DeadineRepository10 instead and then restart the two AWS Portal Services.
If the above isn’t the issue please take a look in the AWS Portal Link log for any errors and send those over.
